Southwick Fine Wines adds Notorious note to Avon Vale Races

Fine wine supplier Ellison & Southwick Fine Wines has backed a race at next month's Avon Vale Races at Larkhill Racecourse in the name of Notorious Pink, its flagship rose wine from the New World. The Notorious Pink Mixed Open will be the feature event of this popular steeplechase fixture on Saturday March 28.

Winners of each of the six races on the card will receive magnums of Notorious Pink as prizes, whilst guests in the Queens Building hospitality will be guests at a wine tasting before the racing gets underway.

George Rhys, for Southwick Court Fine Wines, remarked, "A wine-fuelled picnic at a British Point-to-Point is a longstanding tradition, and we look forward to offering our range of wines to owners and guests at the races. After the long wet winter, we're due a delightful Spring day on March 28, but either way, our wines will add to the occasion and make welcome prizes.
