Inspection planned for Thursday

The weather may yet confound Larkhill's second meeting of the season following the cold snap covering Britain.

An inspection on Sunday reported a good covering of grass keeping most of the frost out, but temperatures reached -5C on Saturday night. The cold snap is set to continue through the week, relenting toward the weekend.

A further inspection will take place on Thursday December 15 at 11am, and thereafter on a daily basis to update
